In order to install Flash Player on Windows Server 2012 you need to install the Desktop Experience Feature. To do this, do the following: Go into server manager. Click add roles and features: Press next until you reach the “Features” page. Tick the box “Desktop Experience” which is hidden under the “User Interfaces and Infrastructure” feature. By default, Internet Explorer on Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 runs in a restricted mode that is known as Enhanced Security Configuration. This mode can help reduce the likelihood of the exploitation of these Adobe Flash Player vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer. We recommend that you install update 2919355 on your Windows Server 2012 R2-based, Windows 8.1-based, or Windows RT 8.1-based computer so that you receive future updates. If you install a language pack after you install this update, you must reinstall this update. (BTW. Adobe Package is already on disk. You just activate it)
